<p>Robert Half is seeking an <strong>Operations Systems Analyst</strong> for a long-term contract opportunity with a large consulting firm. This role is a unique blend of <strong>operations, technology, and business analysis</strong>, supporting the implementation of the <strong>Helm CONNECT Personnel/Crewing module</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Seattle, WA (4–5 days onsite)</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Contract through June 2027</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> Market Rate, (Approximately $50-$65/hourly)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Helm CONNECT Personnel/Crewing module. </li><li>Learn and support the organization's current crewing process, which is highly manual and heavily reliant on Excel. </li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between Crewing Operations, Dispatch, Operations, and IT. </li><li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and operational workflows. </li><li>Configure system functionality to align with business processes and operational needs. </li><li>Ensure the system reflects real-world crewing, scheduling, and vessel operations. </li><li>Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and end-user support. </li><li>Document current and future-state processes while identifying opportunities for operational improvements. </li><li>Build strong relationships with office personnel, vessel crews, and technical teams throughout the implementation. </li></ul>
