<p>We’re seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day people operations and generalist HR functions in Seattle, Washington. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative accuracy, employee support, and recruiting coordination in a collaborative environment. The person in this role will help keep HR processes organized, ensure records remain current, and contribute to a positive experience for employees and candidates alike.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Guide new hires through onboarding activities and help deliver a consistent, well-organized start to employment.</p><p>• Maintain employee and HRIS records with a high degree of accuracy, including payroll-related details and time-off balances.</p><p>• Review information across HR systems, investigate inconsistencies, and resolve record issues affecting payroll, leave tracking, and employee data.</p><p>• Coordinate recruiting logistics by arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring teams as openings move through the process.</p><p>• Update and maintain applicant information in Greenhouse to keep recruiting activity current and well documented.</p><p>• Contribute to HR process improvements by supporting training administration, compliance-related workflows, and performance management activities.</p><p>• Provide adaptable assistance across HR programs and partner with internal teams to keep people operations running smoothly.</p><p>• Support light office administration for the Seattle, Washington workplace and assist with planning company events held during the year.</p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced and visionary Program Director to lead food access initiatives in Seattle, Washington. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic direction, ensuring program quality, and fostering impactful partnerships to address community food needs.
