The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience collaborating across teams to deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities:• Maintain and improve Excel models that track individual investor investments, project deployments, and preferred return balances across multiple initiatives.• Monitor and update investor terms, including investment schedules, preferred return rates, broker participation, and payment obligations.• Oversee capital inflows and outflows for various projects, ensuring investor data is accurately reflected in internal systems.• Prepare periodic updates for management, including preferred return statements for investors.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in tracking and analysis.• Develop and manage Excel-based models to evaluate project economics, investor returns, and broker participation structures.• Conduct research and financial analysis on new projects, investment frameworks, and operational matters.• Summarize complex financial information into clear, concise reports for leadership review.• Support operational processes related to capital movement and project funding, ensuring compliance and accuracy.• Collaborate with teams such as compliance/legal and investor relations to maintain alignment and documentation integrity.
