The ideal candidate will bring advanced communication, presentation, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills while supporting leadership teams in driving execution, operational excellence, and strategic planning initiatives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a liaison between senior leadership teams to support ongoing operational initiatives and executive team coordination</li><li>Help standardize operating models, meeting cadences, and communication processes across the organization</li><li>Prepare executive updates, meeting materials, presentations, templates, and status communications</li><li>Support operational programs related to resource planning, budgeting, strategic planning, and organizational reporting</li><li>Partner with engineering, product, program, and finance leadership to support execution of strategic priorities</li><li>Coordinate and support organizational engagement forums including town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic readouts</li><li>Analyze operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of solutions</li><li>Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment</li></ul>
