This role ensures AS9100 and ITAR compliance, optimizes material flow, and supports on‑time program delivery across a global supplier network. This role will be located onsite in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Key Responsibilities* Lead end‑to‑end global supply chain operations across sourcing, purchasing, planning, and logistics.* Manage and develop teams in Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Control.* Oversee supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, and performance management.* Drive AS9100‑compliant processes and ensure ITAR/export compliance.* Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management on long‑lead components and program schedules.* Monitor inventory levels, including VMI/consignment programs.* Utilize ERP/MRP tools (Global Shop Solutions or Epicor) for materials planning and BOM accuracy.* Lead cost‑reduction, risk‑mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Support budget planning, CAPEX projects, and supplier quality activities. Qualifications* Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering; MBA or APICS/CSCP/CPIM a plus.* 10+ years of supply chain leadership in aerospace or defense.* Strong knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, and aerospace compliance standards.* Experience with machined parts, complex assemblies, and precision manufacturing.* ERP/MRP proficiency (Epicor or Global Shop Solutions).* Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross‑functional communication skills.* Experience managing global suppliers across North America, Europe, and Asia.
