In this contract-to-permanent Executive Desktop Support role, you will play a key part in delivering technical assistance and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users. We are looking for someone with strong Mac support and some windows support. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li> Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user productivity.</li><li> Provide comprehensive support for software applications, including troubleshooting and installation.</li><li> Manage and maintain Mac OS systems efficiently, ensuring optimal performance.</li><li> Utilize Jamf Pro to oversee device management and implement security protocols.</li><li> Assist in configuring and upgrading operating systems, including Windows OS.</li><li> Deliver technical guidance on the use of productivity tools such as Office.</li><li> Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.</li><li> Document resolutions and maintain accurate records of service requests.</li><li> Ensure compliance with organizational standards and protocols in all technical operations.</li><li> Provide timely support to users in person, remotely, and through ticketing system</li></ul>
