In this contract assignment, you will help identify and engage skilled trade professionals with experience while supporting a fast-moving recruiting workflow. This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized under pressure, and can manage consistent outreach and screening activity during a busy seasonal hiring period.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Proactively source candidates with experience in skilled trades roles, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other craft professionals, using job boards and internal talent pools.</p><p>• Make a high volume of outbound calls to connect with prospective applicants, discuss opportunities, and maintain a steady pipeline of talent.</p><p>• Conduct initial candidate evaluations to assess experience, availability, qualifications, and overall fit for open positions.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting records in the applicant tracking system and related databases.</p><p>• Partner with Project Coordinators to arrange interviews and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.</p><p>• Track recruiting activity against established performance expectations and adjust outreach efforts to meet hiring goals.</p><p>• Build and nurture candidate relationships to support immediate openings as well as upcoming workforce needs.</p><p>• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.</p>
