This role can be mostly remote, but the person will be residing in Northern California. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Handle litigation cases and employment law matters for clients</p><p>• Draft legal notices and letters</p><p>• Conduct discovery for various cases</p><p>• Prepare and file motions, utilizing available templates</p><p>• Attend trials and hearings, both virtually and in-person</p><p>• Maintain regular contact with prospective and current clients, possibly answering inquiries about our services</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
