<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing HR data processes, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and integration across multiple platforms. As this is a long-term contract position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both project-based initiatives and ongoing operational tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the extraction, cleansing, and validation of HR data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.</p><p>• Oversee the preparation and transformation of data for successful integration into new platforms.</p><p>• Develop and maintain frameworks for data migration, ensuring repeatable and efficient processes.</p><p>• Act as the primary expert for system data integrity and stability across various platforms.</p><p>• Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility.</p><p>• Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and reliability.</p><p>• Provide technical support for HR technology systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.</p><p>• Design and implement strategies for database performance tuning and optimization.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities</p>
