This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and excels in managing legal documentation, court filings, and trial preparation. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft and format legal documents in compliance with court-specific rules and regulations.</p><p>• Submit both electronic and physical filings to courts in a timely and accurate manner.</p><p>• Maintain and update case and trial lists on a regular basis to ensure team alignment.</p><p>• Coordinate the preparation of trial materials, including binders, indices, and exhibits.</p><p>• Arrange client meetings and depositions, including booking conference rooms and setting up required technology.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel to facilitate case progress.</p><p>• Handle correspondence and ensure timely delivery of client documents.</p><p>• Process invoices and coordinate with the accounting department for timely payments.</p><p>• Perform administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, printing, and faxing documents.</p>
