Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of a machine identity governance program across enterprise systems, cloud environments, and connected business applications. • Coordinate with engineering, identity, and security teams to define operating procedures for discovery, classification, ownership tracking, and lifecycle oversight of non-human identities. • Create practical intake, review, and approval processes for new service accounts, secrets, tokens, and other machine credentials requested by business teams. • Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and alert mechanisms that provide stakeholders with timely insight into credential usage, risk exposure, and governance status. • Work with subject matter experts to establish controls for provisioning, rotation, periodic access validation, and retirement of machine identities. • Investigate unmanaged or inactive credentials and partner with relevant teams to drive remediation and strengthen governance coverage. • Act as a central liaison across identity management, cloud operations, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and AI-related teams to align priorities and execution. • Produce and maintain runbooks, standards, and operational documentation that support consistent machine identity management practices. • Track program metrics and maturity indicators to demonstrate operational progress, risk reduction, and areas for continuous improvement.
