As the Inventory Coordinator you will be the POS expert. All our emission stations are currently using one of the leading cloud-based POS Systems. You will be responsible for placing orders, inventory tracking, maintaining & adding item data within the POS system, as well as reporting. You will analyze sales & market trends, as well as provide product life cycles & line extension recommendations. You will work closely with the Marketing & Merchandising Manager in the performance of these duties, as well as the execution of product introduction & phase out, product data maintenance, product flow & inventory control goals.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Position Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>· Partner with IT & PTI team to accurately load new items into POS system</p><p><br></p><p>· Coordinate & support new product training</p><p><br></p><p>· Manage new merchandise vendor set up</p><p><br></p><p>· Maintain current inventory data in POS system</p><p><br></p><p>· Acts as a liaison between the vendors, station managers / inspectors, & focusing on the timely delivery of products, as well as resolving any product issues.</p><p><br></p><p>· Research, acquire & update information on products in the backend of the POS</p><p><br></p><p>· Analyze item sales trends & provide recommendations for line extensions & phase outs</p><p><br></p><p>· Analyze product assortments & recommend expansion & phase outs on a per-station basis</p><p><br></p><p>· Manage inventory audit of all stations merchandise</p><p><br></p><p>· Perform inventory spot checks throughout the year</p><p><br></p><p>· Create & submit purchase orders for product replenishment for all stations</p><p><br></p><p>· Contribute & support department initiatives</p><p><br></p><p>· Assist in the communication of all pertinent product information to internal & external partners.</p><p><br></p><p>· Complete daily merchandise sales reports, as well as monthly cost of goods report</p><p><br></p><p>· Perform sales trend analysis & provide recommendations</p><p><br></p><p>· Assist in all operational & administrative functions</p><p><br></p><p>· Perform other duties as assigned</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
