Ensure daily reconciliation of entries and uphold a clean, organized, and up-to-date general ledger.</li><li><strong>Accounts Payable & Receivable:</strong> Manage accounts payable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments. Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and monitoring collections.</li><li><strong>Financial Reporting:</strong> Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review.</li><li><strong>Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations:</strong> Perform daily reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.</li><li><strong>Tax Preparation Support:</strong> Assist with the preparation and filing of various tax returns (e.g., federal, state, local) by gathering necessary financial documents and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.</li><li><strong>Payroll Processing:</strong> Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for clients, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, and maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
