- Subcontracts Manager - Summary<br>Responsibilities: Lead sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and subcontract awards. Develop SOWs, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.<br>Manage supplier performance, delivery, quality, cost, and risk.<br>Oversee subcontract changes, claims, disputes, and risk mitigation.<br>Perform cost/price analysis, forecasting, reporting, and audit support.<br>Maintain contract documentation, closeouts, and continuous process improvements.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br>8+ years of experience in procurement, subcontracts, sourcing, contracts, or supplier management.<br>Strong contract negotiation, supplier management, financial analysis, and cross-functional leadership skills.<br>Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other regulated environments preferred.
