  • We are looking for an experienced People Experience Manager to help create a supportive, engaging workplace for employees in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will partner with leaders across the business to strengthen employee development, improve workforce planning, and guide programs that support growth and performance. This position is ideal for an HR specialist who combines strong relationship-building skills with practical experience in employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Partner with shop managers, supervisors, and team leads to improve the overall employee experience across the Richmond, Virginia division.<br>• Guide performance and development conversations, including milestone and annual review meetings with employees and leaders.<br>• Collaborate with operational leadership to shape staffing plans and identify talent needs within departments.<br>• Support employee growth by recommending coaching, development opportunities, and role progression paths based on individual strengths.<br>• Work closely with the technical training function to align employee development needs with training plans and assessments.<br>• Monitor employee progress and maintain accurate records of development goals, feedback, and follow-up actions in HR systems.<br>• Provide managers and frontline leaders with training and practical guidance on employee development processes and expectations.<br>• Identify internal talent for advancement opportunities by evaluating capabilities, readiness, and long-term potential.<br>• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR team and assist with additional people-related priorities as business needs evolve.
