- <p>Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill a Senior Accountant role with a growing manufacturing company in the Reno area. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the </p><p>ability to collaborate across departments. You will support our Controller in overseeing daily </p><p>accounting operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring that financial data is </p><p>both timely and reliable. </p><p>● Manage core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, </p><p>accounts receivable, and payroll </p><p>● Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations </p><p>● Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports </p><p>● Support compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements </p><p>● Partner with the Controller to ensure accuracy of financial data and identify process </p><p>improvements </p><p>● Contribute to cash flow management and forecasting activities </p><p>● Assist in annual audits, tax filings, and lender reporting </p><p>● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial and operational goals </p><p><br></p><p>The company offers a great benefits package (free lunch daily!!), really strong work/life balance and a great team culture.
