The Accounting Manager will report into the CFO and be responsible for the review of Payables and Receivables, and a variety of hands on accounting tasks including:<br>• Help and assist with all general ledger activity, month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities<br>• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.<br>• Maintain chart of accounts and ensure consistent coding across all departments and cost centers<br>• Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy for both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors.<br>• Monitor banking activity, and perform bank reconciliations<br>• Assist with annual benefit and insurance renewals and open enrollment.
