We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support financial operations for a long-term contract opportunity based in Truckee, California. Responsibilities: • Process customer invoices and maintain accurate accounts receivable records to support timely billing and payment tracking. • Apply incoming payments to the appropriate accounts and reconcile cash receipts to ensure balances remain correct. • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with commercial clients to resolve overdue accounts professionally and efficiently. • Review daily cash activity, investigate discrepancies, and update account information to reflect current transactions. • Partner with internal teams to address billing questions, resolve account issues, and improve the accuracy of receivables data. • Prepare account summaries, aging details, and related documentation to support routine financial reporting and collections efforts.
