This Contract position focuses on refining complex reports, ensuring documents follow established formatting standards, and helping teams produce accurate, well-prepared final submissions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with lengthy technical materials, and confident using document production tools to maintain quality and consistency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and refine technical reports so they align with internal standards and client-specific formatting expectations.<br>• Review document structure and presentation, making updates to items such as headers, footers, typography, spacing, tables, footnotes, and page numbering.<br>• Partner with engineers, project leads, and subject matter experts to assemble complete and publication-ready project documents.<br>• Use Adobe Acrobat to convert, revise, and manage document files as part of the final production process.<br>• Provide editing and formatting support during the closing phase of report development after technical content has been finalized.<br>• Conduct detailed quality checks to identify inconsistencies, layout issues, and presentation errors before delivery.<br>• Maintain organization across multiple documents and deadlines while ensuring final files meet submission requirements.
