Responsibilities:• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process to ensure reporting is completed accurately and on schedule.• Manage general ledger activity by reviewing account balances, validating entries, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to strengthen the accuracy of financial records.• Coordinate audit readiness efforts by organizing documentation, responding to auditor requests, and supporting financial statement audit activities.• Oversee corporate treasury functions, including cash monitoring, liquidity planning, and related banking transactions.• Supervise fixed asset accounting by tracking asset activity, recording depreciation, and maintaining accurate capitalization records.• Analyze balance sheet accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies through detailed account reconciliation procedures.• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve accounting workflows, reporting consistency, and financial controls.
