<p>We are seeking a hands on technical Director of Information Technology to define and execute technology strategies supporting business objectives. This includes increasing productivity through automation and AI, developing innovative digital capabilities, and maintaining strong security and compliance standards. The role oversees all technology functions for a multi-site property management and construction organization—covering infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and end-user services. The IT Director acts as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, managing a small IT team and vendor relationships.
