We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations and create a welcoming, well organized front office environment. This role ensures our workspace is fully stocked, tidy, and running smoothly, while also providing light support to managers and staff as needed. Hours will be 10AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday.
