- <p>We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join a growing technology team in the Phoenix area. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, and performance across the organization's IT environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, wireless networking, and network security, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and support ongoing technology initiatives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.</li><li>Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.</li><li>Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.</li><li>Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, latency concerns, and security incidents.</li><li>Collaborate with systems, cloud, security, and application teams to support business-critical initiatives.</li><li>Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall policies, network segmentation, and VPN access.</li><li>Participate in infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and technology refresh projects.</li><li>Develop and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures.</li><li>Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability network solutions.</li><li>Perform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure enhancements to support organizational growth.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and industry best practices.</li><li>Participate in on-call support rotations and assist with after-hours maintenance activities when necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p>
