This role will act as a key advisor to manufacturing leadership, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across unionized and non-unionized environments. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multicultural, global organization, balancing operational needs with fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior manufacturing leadership, offering insights and guidance on organizational needs.</p><p>• Oversee and support both unionized and non-unionized employee groups, leveraging knowledge of collective bargaining agreements.</p><p>• Foster strong relationships across diverse cultures and regions, promoting inclusivity and collaboration.</p><p>• Provide hands-on HR generalist support, including employee relations, coaching, and performance management.</p><p>• Spend time on-site at the Phoenix-area plant to strengthen engagement and address operational needs.</p><p>• Build trust and credibility through effective communication and partnership with all levels of the organization.</p><p>• Collaborate with East Coast operations to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies.</p><p>• Support the implementation of company initiatives, including AI-driven growth strategies.</p><p>• Drive HR strategies to align with the company’s financial and operational goals.</p><p>• Stay informed on best practices and trends to enhance HR effectiveness.</p>
