Respond to and resolve support requests from internal teams. Analyze, diagnose, and document root causes of network problems; propose and implement corrective actions. Interface with third-party vendors for escalations and resolution of complex issues. Meet deadlines on daily tasks as well as short- and long-term technology projects. Mentor and share technical knowledge with other IT team members. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for critical incidents and scheduled changes.</p>
