This role partners with leaders to strengthen workforce planning, employee relations, and people-focused programs that align with business goals. The position is offered as a Long-term Contract opportunity and is ideal for someone who brings strong judgment, communication skills, and a practical approach to HR partnership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Advise managers and business leaders on employee matters, workforce planning, and people strategies that support operational goals.</p><p>• Coordinate and deliver HR programs related to performance management, employee engagement, and policy interpretation across assigned teams.</p><p>• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify concerns, recommend improvements, and support informed decision-making.</p><p>• Help guide organizational changes by supporting communication plans, manager readiness, and employee transitions.</p><p>• Partner with leadership to address employee relations issues, promote fair practices, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.</p><p>• Contribute to training and development efforts by identifying needs, supporting learning plans, and reinforcing best practices.</p><p>• Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for stakeholders, including senior leadership, using clear and accurate information.</p><p>• Support HR administration activities and process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and service delivery onsite.</p>
