This includes quarterly compliance along with permitted acquisition certifications.</li><li>Prepare 3rd party equity compliance calculations, certification and related schedules. Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting for 3rd party equity holder, including financial statements, data book and address questions as needed.</li><li>Prepare Stock Compensation entries related to M& A, Restricted Share grants/vesting, Option exercises/vesting as well as purchases & repurchases.</li></ul><p><br></p>
