The ideal candidate brings strong mobile design expertise, a data-informed mindset, and the ability to collaborate closely with agency partners and internal teams to deliver measurable product improvements.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Work alongside an external agency to assess the current loyalty app experience, evaluate recommendations, and help determine the most valuable design enhancements to pursue.<br>• Drive the in-house design effort for approved updates across iOS and Android, ensuring each solution supports usability, engagement, and business objectives.<br>• Examine user behavior and product performance with Loyalty and IT stakeholders to identify friction points and prioritize opportunities with the greatest impact.<br>• Design and refine end-to-end mobile experiences such as onboarding, account creation, card connection, offer browsing, redemption paths, notifications, rewards visibility, and profile management.<br>• Produce clear wireframes, clickable prototypes, and refined interface designs in Figma to communicate concepts and support development readiness.<br>• Improve user flows, content structure, and interaction models to reduce abandonment and create smoother navigation throughout the app.<br>• Partner with Engineering and Marketing teams to balance technical feasibility, mobile platform conventions, accessibility needs, and brand consistency.<br>• Contribute to experimentation and validation efforts by supporting usability reviews, A/B testing initiatives, and iterative design updates based on feedback and results.
