The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building scalable Tableau reporting, and querying data directly in Databricks. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can balance a steady flow of requests while clearly communicating insights to cross-functional stakeholders. This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity. Responsibilities:• Oversee and prioritize a continuous pipeline of analytics requests coming from different business groups to ensure timely delivery of insights.• Investigate reporting issues, resolve dashboard errors, and create new Tableau dashboards designed for long-term scalability and usability.• Convert loosely defined business needs into measurable KPIs, structured analysis, and intuitive data visualizations.• Write and refine SQL queries against the Databricks data lake to retrieve accurate data for reporting and analysis.• Prepare large datasets by extracting, transforming, merging, and summarizing information from multiple sources.• Improve query efficiency and enhance data structures to support faster, more reliable dashboard performance.• Develop reporting focused on operational metrics such as performance trends, transfer activity, and response or resolution measurements.• Design visual outputs such as trend analyses, comparison views, and region-based reporting to help stakeholders interpret results quickly.• Present dashboards to partners and explain the methodology, assumptions, and logic behind the analysis in a clear manner.

The role will focus on maintaining a predominantly Mac-based device fleet, streamlining employee lifecycle processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable IT services. This is a hybrid contract located in San Francisco. Responsibilities:• Oversee the health and ongoing development of a largely Mac-based corporate environment while also supporting Windows systems used by select business teams.• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement coordination, deployment preparation, shipping, returns, replacements, repair tracking, and inventory accuracy.• Provide day-to-day employee technical support by assessing incoming issues, resolving common problems efficiently, and escalating complex cases when needed.• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with the People team to ensure timely equipment setup, account readiness, and secure access changes.• Support high-volume onboarding periods such as intern start dates by preparing hardware, accounts, and related provisioning tasks in advance.• Administer and improve identity and access processes using tools such as Okta, including account configuration, permission reviews, and access governance activities.• Partner with DevOps, Security, Engineering, Quality, and People stakeholders to introduce new tools, support evaluations, and close technical gaps tied to adoption.• Automate repeatable work across provisioning, asset management, and reporting to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.• Maintain clear internal documentation, operational runbooks, and standard procedures while also supporting office technology such as conferencing systems, A/V equipment, and basic networking needs.• Deliver onsite assistance in the San Francisco, California office as needed, including support for local technology issues and process improvements across ticketing and tooling workflows.
