The role will focus on maintaining reliable desktop and mobile computing environments while helping employees stay productive through timely troubleshooting and support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide direct technical support for employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues across desktop and laptop environments.<br>• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other commonly used productivity tools.<br>• Set up, configure, and deploy computers and related equipment for new employees, replacements, and ongoing business needs.<br>• Support mobile technology by troubleshooting connectivity, application, and device issues on both Android and iOS platforms.<br>• Maintain and resolve service desk tickets while documenting incidents, requests, solutions, and useful knowledge articles with clear detail.<br>• Deliver deskside support for peripherals such as printers, scanners, and other end-user equipment to ensure consistent workplace functionality.<br>• Use structured troubleshooting methods to identify root causes, apply effective fixes, and escalate more complex issues when needed.<br>• Contribute to endpoint support activities, including device management tasks and participation in an on-call rotation as required.
