This position is responsible for timely, accurate, and efficient client billing and e-billing while partnering closely with attorneys and finance professionals to ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare client prebills and upload to billing management systems for attorney review.</li><li>Process attorney billing edits and generate accurate invoices in accordance with client guidelines and firm policies.</li><li>Submit invoices through e-billing platforms and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third-party systems to resolve billing issues.</li><li>Review and interpret client engagement letters and billing guidelines to ensure compliance and support timely collections.</li><li>Coordinate write-down and write-off requests, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.</li><li>Maintain organized billing records and client instruction files.</li><li>Prepare reports, spreadsheets, summaries, expense back-up documentation, and other billing-related analyses.</li><li>Research billing issues, identify process improvements, and assist with special projects as needed.</li><li>Partner with billing, accounts receivable, pricing, and e-billing teams to support the firm&#39;s revenue cycle.</li></ul>
