<p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Software Engineering to lead, scale, and optimize our growing engineering organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the performance, culture, and delivery of our entire software engineering function in a fully distributed environment.</p><p><br></p><p>You will act as both a player and a coach: setting the standard for engineering excellence while developing the next layer of leaders (your three Director direct reports).
