The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with extensive experience in commercial construction and a strong understanding of regulated project environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Lead daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.</p><p>• Collaborate with project managers throughout all project phases, from pre-construction planning to final closeout.</p><p>• Develop and implement site logistics plans, sequencing schedules, and phasing strategies in partnership with subcontractors.</p><p>• Oversee the organization and maintenance of project documentation, such as blueprints, specifications, and field reports.</p><p>• Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and utilization of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.</p><p>• Verify layout accuracy, including line and grade, to ensure compliance with project specifications.</p><p>• Manage the startup and closeout processes, ensuring alignment with company procedures and standards.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute daily field reports and other project documentation to keep stakeholders informed.</p><p>• Enforce quality control standards on-site and ensure adherence to contract requirements and specifications.</p><p>• Serve as the primary safety lead on-site, implementing safety programs, conducting toolbox talks, and performing routine safety inspections.</p>
