  • <p>We are looking for an experienced and service-focused <strong>Part-time Property Administrator </strong>to support day-to-day leasing and front office operations in Louisville, Kentucky. This Contract to Permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with residents, prospective tenants, and visitors while keeping administrative tasks organized and on track. The role blends customer interaction, leasing support, and office coordination in a fast-paced property management environment. <u>This is an onsite position, Monday - Friday 9AM-5:30PM and every other Saturday 10AM-4PM</u>. Since it is a <strong>part-time Property Administrator, you would be working approximately 25 hours per week</strong>, but there is opportunity for more.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors at the front desk and provide a detail-oriented first point of contact for the property.</p><p>• Conduct apartment tours for prospective tenants, answer questions about available units, and highlight community features.</p><p>• Assist applicants with completing rental paperwork and ensure submissions are accurate and complete.</p><p>• Support lease preparation and related documentation to help move approved applicants through the leasing process.</p><p>• Enter and maintain property, applicant, and resident information in internal systems with strong attention to detail.</p><p>• Follow up with prospective tenants after tours, return calls promptly, and help guide leads toward next steps.</p><p>• Coordinate with on-site staff to keep leasing activities, appointments, and resident communications organized.</p><p>• Provide general administrative support to the property management team as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.</p>

This position manages high-volume, multi-state payroll activity while supporting tax reporting, labor distribution, and payroll accounting functions.
