Provide backup support and participate in vendor escalations for Cisco unified communications systems (training provided as needed). Respond to and resolve support requests from internal teams. Analyze, diagnose, and document root causes of network problems; propose and implement corrective actions. Interface with third-party vendors for escalations and resolution of complex issues. Meet deadlines on daily tasks as well as short- and long-term technology projects. Mentor and share technical knowledge with other IT team members. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for critical incidents and scheduled changes.
