This role plays a key part in defining and evolving the creative direction and visual identity for product imagery and digital presentation across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop imaging guidelines, elevate visual standards, and ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing content.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (onsite)</p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 4-month contract</p><p><strong>Hours</strong>: 40 hours/week</p><p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$60-62/hour</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive imaging guidelines, including mood, posing, hair/makeup, facial expressions, lighting, and composition to maintain brand consistency across multiple studio locations.</li><li>Establish and document formal standards for background colors, visual guardrails, and photography techniques to ensure cohesive visual identity.</li><li>Develop and facilitate training programs for studio teams and creative partners to drive seamless adoption of new guidelines.</li><li>Refresh and maintain Customer Experience (CX) documentation, collaborating with operations to ensure scalable processes for ongoing updates.</li><li>Create seasonal styling templates to ensure consistency across all collections and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Partner with brand and creative teams to develop e-commerce brand guidelines that complement existing editorial standards and unify the visual language.</li><li>Conduct end-to-end customer journey reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for improving the brand experience.</li><li>Collaborate with studio, product, brand, and CX teams to maintain high creative standards and ensure brand alignment throughout the process.</li></ul>
We are looking for a talented Programmer Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will design and maintain applications, manage data integration, and ensure system security while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VB.Net, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports, along with a strong background in technical documentation and supporting manufacturing or consumer products environments.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using VB.Net and SQL Server tools, including Management Studio 17.3.<br>• Create, customize, and optimize Crystal Reports to meet business reporting requirements.<br>• Implement and support integrations with external trading partners to ensure seamless data exchange.<br>• Perform data transformation processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.<br>• Develop and manage secure web portals for accessing production systems.<br>• Produce clear and detailed technical documentation for applications, system integrations, and workflows.<br>• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.<br>• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and data processing.<br>• Adhere to best practices for coding, security, and compliance standards.<br>• Contribute to technology initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency within a manufacturing or consumer products environment.
Key Responsibilities:<br>● Integration Design and Development: Gathers and analyzes business requirements to design and build robust and scalable integrations using Workday's suite of integration tools, including, but not limited Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Cloud Connect.<br>● System Maintenance and Support: Proactively monitors the health and performance of existing integrations, troubleshoots and resolves any errors or failures in a timely manner. This includes performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.<br>● Collaboration and Consultation: Works closely with business analysts, application owners, and third-party vendors to understand data requirements and ensure that integrations meet the needs of all stakeholders. Provides technical guidance and expertise on best practices for Workday integrations.<br>● Testing and Deployment: Develops and executes comprehensive test plans for all new and modified integrations to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Manages the deployment of integrations to production environments, following established change management processes.<br>● Documentation and Reporting: Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation for all integrations, including data mappings, transformation logic, and error handling procedures. Develops and distributes reports on integration performance and key metrics.<br>● Staying Current: Keeps abreast of the latest Workday features and functionality, particularly in the area of integrations, and recommends opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.<br>Required Qualifications:<br>● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>● Proven experience working with Workday integrations and People Systems, including hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.<br>● Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.<br>● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.<br>● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.<br>Desired Skills and Experience:<br>● Workday Integration certification is highly preferred.<br>● Experience with other People Systems<br>● Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.<br>● Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices.<br>● Experience in project management methodologies.
