This role is a key member of the site leadership team, driving profitability, operational insight, and performance improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The Plant Finance Manager serves as the financial leader for the site, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to translate plant performance into actionable financial insight.
