As the company continues to scale, they’re expanding their Norwalk-based accounting team and adding a <strong>Billing & Collections Specialist</strong> to support increased transaction volume and a more complex customer base.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working cross-functionally, and playing a key role in strengthening cash flow and billing operations during a period of growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time</li><li>Manage collections activities, including following up on past-due balances and resolving discrepancies</li><li>Research and resolve billing issues, short pays, chargebacks, and customer inquiries</li><li>Maintain accurate AR records and customer account information</li><li>Partner closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy</li><li>Assist with cash application and account reconciliations</li><li>Support month-end close activities related to billing and accounts receivable</li><li>Help improve billing and collections processes as the company continues to scale</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
