We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to lead and manage the financial operations of our non-profit organization in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure fiscal health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities:• Direct and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and reporting processes.• Develop, monitor, and manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analyses and projections, to leadership and the board.• Supervise revenue cycle activities, including billing, reconciliation, accounts receivable, and participant invoicing.• Ensure compliance with Medicare Part D regulations, including bid development, reporting, and pharmacy benefit monitoring.• Lead external audit processes by preparing schedules, analyses, and engaging with auditors.• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial oversight for expansion projects, capital investments, and new care sites.• Manage supply chain and procurement to optimize costs and streamline operations.• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.• Recruit, train, and mentor finance team members to promote growth and accountability.
