  • <p>We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to lead and manage the financial operations of our non-profit organization in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure fiscal health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and reporting processes.</p><p>• Develop, monitor, and manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analyses and projections, to leadership and the board.</p><p>• Supervise revenue cycle activities, including billing, reconciliation, accounts receivable, and participant invoicing.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with Medicare Part D regulations, including bid development, reporting, and pharmacy benefit monitoring.</p><p>• Lead external audit processes by preparing schedules, analyses, and engaging with auditors.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial oversight for expansion projects, capital investments, and new care sites.</p><p>• Manage supply chain and procurement to optimize costs and streamline operations.</p><p>• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.</p><p>• Recruit, train, and mentor finance team members to promote growth and accountability.</p><p><br></p><p>For consideration, please contact Mary Wood @ Robert Half. 504-383-0743.
