  • We are looking for a Project Manager to guide the planning and execution of Highlander Term in Washington, Connecticut. This Long-term Contract position will partner with faculty, students, and school leaders to coordinate academic travel, special courses, and experiential learning activities while keeping schedules, details, and resources aligned. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic educational setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead planning efforts for Highlander Term by organizing milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional timelines for program activities.<br>• Coordinate logistical details for trips, study-away experiences, courses, and related educational programming to ensure readiness ahead of program launch.<br>• Serve as a central point of communication for teachers, students, and school leadership, providing updates and clarifying next steps throughout the planning cycle.<br>• Maintain accurate tracking of deadlines, outstanding action items, and program documentation across multiple initiatives at once.<br>• Support financial oversight by assisting with budget monitoring, expense tracking, and alignment of program plans with approved spending.<br>• Identify scheduling or operational risks early and help implement practical solutions to keep preparations on track.<br>• Increase hands-on coordination and onsite support as Highlander Term approaches, including active assistance during the program period.<br>• Help ensure each program component is fully organized, properly documented, and prepared for successful delivery in February.
