<p>Our client is looking for an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead critical system implementation and operational transition initiatives for a healthcare organization. This long-term <strong>contract </strong>role focuses on managing the rollout of a procurement system across multiple facilities and overseeing the transition of key functions back in-house. The role requires strong coordination across various departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the comprehensive rollout of the Coupa procurement system across approximately 80 facilities, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.</p><p>• Oversee the replacement of legacy systems and integrate new processes into the existing Coupa environment.</p><p>• Manage the operational transition of outsourced accounts payable (AP) and procurement functions back to in-house teams for two hospitals.</p><p>• Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and AP teams to align on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</p><p>• Facilitate recurring status meetings to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.</p><p>• Support the development of process documentation and provide training to ensure organizational adoption of new systems.</p><p>• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.</p><p>• Serve as the central communicator and point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</p><p>• Ensure all projects remain on schedule, within scope, and meet organizational objectives.</p><p>• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status, progress, and outcomes.</p>
