<p>Our fantastic healthcare client is looking for a detail-driven <strong>Supply Chain Analyst</strong> to support a high-priority item data initiative based out of Brentwood, Tennessee. However, the role is fully <strong>remote.</strong> This <strong>Contract </strong>position will focus on improving the quality, accuracy, and completeness of<strong> item master </strong>information so downstream operational teams can work from reliable data. The role is fully remote and suited for <strong>someone who can manage large data sets, conduct independent product research, and maintain strong accuracy</strong> in a fast-moving environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze <strong>large volumes of hospital item records</strong> and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and duplicate information across multiple facilities.</p><p>• Import and evaluate item files in designated supply chain systems to expand and refine core product attributes.</p><p>•<strong> Investigate missing or unclear item details</strong> by using supplier portals, manufacturer resources, and other credible references without relying solely on site personnel.</p><p>• Verify and update key fields such as manufacturer information, catalog numbers, item descriptions, pricing details, packaging structure, unit status, and classification attributes.</p><p>• Distinguish between products already established in the item master and records that require additional validation or new setup steps.</p><p>• Correct incomplete or inaccurate item master entries to improve data integrity and support operational readiness.</p><p>• Prepare standardized, well-vetted data for use by revenue cycle, IT, and implementation stakeholders.</p><p>• Work efficiently through extensive Excel-based data sets while preserving organization, auditability, and precision.</p><p>• Contribute to inventory-related project efforts by helping ensure item information is ready for downstream system and process needs.</p>
