- <p>Our amazing client is looking for an <strong>ExpensePoint</strong> Consultant to join their team on a <strong>contract </strong>basis for a six-week engagement. This role is fully <strong>remote </strong>and involves guiding the setup, configuration, and stabilization of a newly deployed expense management system. If you have hands-on experience with ExpensePoint and are skilled in system implementation and user support, this position offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Configure and complete the setup of the ExpensePoint system, ensuring all components are properly implemented.</p><p>• <strong>Establish approval workflows</strong> and user structures for approximately <strong>120 users</strong> to ensure seamless operations.</p><p>• Support the organization during the early stages of deployment, addressing initial challenges and troubleshooting issues.</p><p>• Collaborate with the team to <strong>optimize the input forms and system configuration</strong> during the initial phase.</p><p>• Provide guidance and expertise to stabilize the system post-deployment.</p><p>• Ensure all user roles and permissions are correctly defined and implemented.</p><p>• Monitor system performance and address any technical issues that arise during the first few weeks.</p><p>• Work closely with the Controller to align system functionality with organizational needs.</p><p>• Offer training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.</p>
