This VP of Finance will retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position ensuring all documents and filings meet federal and internal compliance obligations.</p><p> </p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><p>· Direct and oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and financial reporting</p><p>· Create annual/quarterly financial strategic plan and budget</p><p>· Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis</p><p>· Provide insight on areas that need improvement</p><p>· Identify and analyze financial risk</p><p>· Assist with all audit and internal control operations</p><p>· Ad-Hoc projects as needed</p><p>· Support upper management as needed</p>
