Collaborate across engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver impactful data solutions. Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across all platforms. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the data engineering process. Support database deployments using DevOps practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Flyway, Octopus, SonarQube). Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues across the data platform. Mentor entry level team members and participate in design/code reviews.
