Responsibilities: • Develop design concepts for campaigns related to leasing, renewals, staffing, move-ins, and more. • Design a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital ads. • Collaborate with creative team members to ensure cohesive and impactful content. • Maintain consistency with company branding across all design projects. • Utilize tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create visually appealing designs. • Communicate the rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders. • Research and implement modern design trends to engage target audiences, primarily college students. • Assist in creating event materials, corporate manuals, training guides, and RFPs. • Develop taglines and other copywriting elements to complement visual designs.
