- We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team in Santa Clara, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting energy efficiency initiatives, engaging with major customer accounts, and ensuring the successful implementation of energy-saving projects. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the service industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough energy audits and assess the technical merits of energy efficiency applications submitted by business customers.<br>• Perform on-site inspections to verify the installation and functionality of energy-efficient equipment at commercial and industrial facilities.<br>• Develop and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) aimed at advancing energy efficiency projects.<br>• Engage with customers to address inquiries, provide education on energy efficiency programs, and resolve concerns related to installed equipment.<br>• Identify energy-saving opportunities through detailed facility walk-throughs and generate comprehensive energy reports.<br>• Deliver presentations and conduct outreach activities to promote energy efficiency incentives and programs to the community.<br>• Provide project management support to ensure the timely and effective execution of energy initiatives.<br>• Maintain and update databases to track project progress and customer interactions.<br>• Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports to document project outcomes and compliance.
