  • <p>Donor Operations &amp; Community Associate </p><p><strong>Part-Time | 25 Hours/Week | Santa Cruz County</strong></p><p><strong>Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate</strong> to support fundraising, donor stewardship, grants, workplace campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.</p><p>Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will serve as a key resource for <strong>donor operations, CRM management, gift processing, grant development, fundraising reporting, and community outreach</strong>.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage donor CRM, including gift processing, pledges, sponsorships, acknowledgments, and data integrity.</li><li>Research, prepare, and submit grant proposals and funding applications while managing reporting deadlines and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate workplace giving campaigns, sponsorships, and donor engagement activities.</li><li>Build relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, employers, and community partners.</li><li>Support fundraising campaigns, community events, presentations, and organizational initiatives.</li><li>Generate fundraising reports and assist with donation reconciliation and financial reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and volunteers to support broader fundraising and community engagement goals.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in <strong>fundraising, donor relations, grants management, nonprofit administration, or a related field</strong>.</li><li>Associate&#39;s/Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience with <strong>CRM or donor database systems</strong>.</li><li>Strong writing, grant writing, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li><strong>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</strong></li></ul>
