This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on events, marketing efforts, and communication strategies that foster meaningful connections among members.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist the Member Engagement Director in developing and implementing strategies to enhance member involvement and retention.<br>• Create and distribute marketing materials to promote events and activities for current and prospective members.<br>• Organize and manage events for all Selected Communities, including scheduling, communication, and tracking attendance.<br>• Curate and publish content for the quarterly Selected Communities e-newsletter to keep members informed and engaged.<br>• Coordinate the NextGen Award of the Year process, ensuring smooth and timely execution.<br>• Set up and manage logistics for Linking Leaders quarterly calls, including Zoom coordination, reminders, follow-ups, outreach, and reporting.<br>• Contribute to the Bulletin by preparing content such as Member Spotlights and Members in The News, as well as other publications as needed.<br>• Handle membership mailings, including Welcome Packages, Membership Milestones, and ordering plaques for the Annual Meeting.<br>• Support member renewal activities through thank-you calls and outreach efforts to strengthen retention.<br>• Serve as backup for New Member Orientations and Firm Benefits Refreshers as required.
