The ideal candidate brings strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic educational setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead planning efforts for Highlander Term by organizing milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional timelines for program activities.<br>• Coordinate logistical details for trips, study-away experiences, courses, and related educational programming to ensure readiness ahead of program launch.<br>• Serve as a central point of communication for teachers, students, and school leadership, providing updates and clarifying next steps throughout the planning cycle.<br>• Maintain accurate tracking of deadlines, outstanding action items, and program documentation across multiple initiatives at once.<br>• Support financial oversight by assisting with budget monitoring, expense tracking, and alignment of program plans with approved spending.<br>• Identify scheduling or operational risks early and help implement practical solutions to keep preparations on track.<br>• Increase hands-on coordination and onsite support as Highlander Term approaches, including active assistance during the program period.<br>• Help ensure each program component is fully organized, properly documented, and prepared for successful delivery in February.
